OFFICE CREATE shall observe laws and regulations, ordinances and guidelines with respect to the protection of personal information and shall use and manage personal information appropriately.
OFFICE CREATE shall continually review and improve the details of the approach towards the protection of personal information.
OFFICE CREATE shall keep all directors, employees and concerned parties such as business consignees, informed of the above policy and shall strive for the appropriate management and operation of personal information.

Personal Information
Personal information shall refer to all information by which an individual customer can be specified, such as name, date of birth, age, sex, address, telephone number and e-mail address, etc.
Information from which a specific individual can be identified by matching against other information, shall also be included in personal information.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Personal information that OFFICE CREATE receives from customers shall be used for the following purposes.
The customers' personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following purposes, unless consent is separately received from the customers or in the event it is not necessary to obtain the customers' consent based on laws and regulations.
 1) For delivering DM, e-mails, etc. for introducing OFFICE CREATE's products, services, events, prizes, campaigns and questionnaires, etc.
 2) As material for the design and development of OFFICE CREATE's products and services

Management of Personal Information
OFFICE CREATE shall manage personal information received from customers as necessary and appropriately in order to prevent leakage to other parties.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
OFFICE CREATE will not offer all or a part of personal information that it possesses to a third party other than business consignees concerning OFFICE CREATE's products or services, and OFFICE CREATE's group companies, licensees and business partners, unless consent is separately received from a customer or it is not necessary to obtain the customer's consent based on laws and regulations.
All or a part of the handling of personal information shall be entrusted to business consignees within the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use of personal information, and such consignees shall be supervised appropriately.
OFFICE CREATE's group companies, licensees and business partners may be provided with all or a part of the customer's personal information within the scope necessary for the purpose of use of personal information. In such event, personnel in charge of the protection of personal information at each party to which personal information is offered, shall manage personal information as necessary and appropriately.

Disclosure, modifications, additions, deletion of personal information
Please contact the following person in the event that there are requests for the disclosure, modification, addition, deletion, etc. of the customers' personal information possessed by OFFICE CREATE. Such requests shall be handled based on laws and regulations, upon confirming the individual and prompt investigation. Please note that we may, in such cases, separately charge the customer the actual expenses.
